About the Speaker
Tracy Nierste joined MIBOR’s Professional Services department in November 2013 and was promoted to her current role as Director of Professional Services in 2022. She provides members and consumers with problem resolution assistance and serves as an information resource for the Code of Ethics and education. Tracy is also a staff liaison to the Professional Standards Committee, Boone County Division, and the Past Presidents Master Mind Council.
With over 25 years of experience, Tracy has spent the majority of her career in real estate industry roles, working as a licensed broker/agent prior to her 11-year tenure with MIBOR. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, attending concerts, listening to true-crime podcasts, and trying new recipes.
